If you are home buyer looking for a Buyer's Agent, I have taken specialized training and received the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. The First Time Homebuyer's Tax Credit Program offers up to $8,000 for primary residences purchased by April 30, 2010, and eliminates the requirement that the credit be repaid, as long as the house isn’t sold within three years.
I am also certified by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). This training provides a framework for understanding how to: direct distressed sellers to finance, tax and legal professionals, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short-sale package, negotiate with lenders, and successfully quarterback the short sale process to reduce the rate of foreclosures.
